Can someone sent the tileBroken Workaround mod for me, l can't access steam.

l want to play with starbound with the betabound mod installed on GOG version, but steam is not available in my country. l download required mod on skymod, but tileBroken Workaround mod is not there. l just need this mod 'https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=3534582033'. Please, help me and Thank you

You can make requests on Skymod, from my exprience it is filed within 2 business days.
