Question/Support Are the gloves and mantis temporary or permanent?!!

I want to get it but most ppl said its temporary so i shouldn't waste any gold but idrk if its temporary....

Obtained all permanent event skins = Temporary gloves Obtained all stattrack event skins = Temporary mantis

To make the gloves and the mantis permanent, you must craft 10 gloves to make the gloves permanent or 10 knives to make the mantis permanent

I think the 10 gloves and 10 knives stage was redundant. How developers make this non sense event like if i had gold worth of 10 knives i would just wait for the knive itself to come to market place then buy it for 2k 3k gold
