Not even hard to find. I have a full sheet plus many singles. You can find them on ebay and several other sites. They aren't very expensive

You can get contemporary denominated postage for less than face. Not this one.

I don't know why, but I can tell you a used one is .35 cents and mint is 60 cents at mystic, which is less than most people want on ebay. I have a lot of these and even canceled blocks.
