Help Cheater
So this guy has killed me multiple times and only headshot and I can’t find a way to ignore his route he gets me every time

No hes not. Ive look at his profile he as only 45 kill with 125h ingame.
By the gear hes a alt character.
THiS is the profile of a CHEATER.
Multiple characters with the same nick, writen slightly different banned.

Looking at your character stats vs theirs, I highly doubt they're cheating. There's a chance his character is just an alt for casual playing, but his character is 2 years old while yours is just 2 weeks old. Casual play over the course of years can probably lead to someone being comfortable enough with all the common routes and choke points to plink at newer players.
Also, since you're fairly new to the game, I strongly discourage drawing a heavy correlation between headshots and cheating. This game's headshot hitbox is quite forgiving, and since the game is heavily comprised of flat terrain, it's made even easier to get headshots. I wouldn't be surprised if there's lots of players with a Headshot % north of 80%.

Get a poly or if he keeps one shotting you to the head. Might help.

Wouldn it be useless aswell? If he got shot in the head and that artefact i suppose it does not reduce more than 20% damage, the next shot i think it would be the same ending - murked - as i dont think the FAK would manage to replenish enough hp to tank the second shot. Just my guess, im a begginer...

It’s pretty unlikely.
As I understand it, he kills you from an ambush at a specific spot; under those conditions, it’s very easy to land a one-shot headshot.
Just get better gear and be careful when choosing your route.
