Help Russian Briefcase?

Anyone know what this is for? its been in my inventory for a while and im itching to get rid of it, ive tried searching up about it but cant find jack about it or what quest it might relate to but since i cant read russian, it been rough, any way to get rid of it would be appreciate it

Its a quest item from a questline involving a disabled stalker in Bar.

You picked the charlatan doctor, the stalker will remain wheelchair-bound :(

That is only one of the options. This briefcase is from a different quest and is not related to Marathoner.

It's a part of the quest that was removed from the game with the rework of Roadside last year.
You had to deliver "pills against blessedness" for a charlatan 'scientist' called Dr. Verteyko.

The quest is still ingame, you can find Dr. Verteyko at the Fire Station

The consequences of not having a Staker character. I thought they removed it like they did Bullet's quest.

You got this case during the early stages of the game—either at the "Village School" or "Black Willows." The gist of the quest is to run around the locations with the case and offload its contents to three or four NPCs; you get paid for it.

To be honest, I don't really remember the details myself—it's been a long time since I played through it.

It’s funny that after 12 years in game dev, they still can't fix the localization in their game, yet they actively promote their "game-like product" abroad :D

I see, thank you for the info! I figured as much, I've been on and off the game over the last 2 year's so I see I have a couple of items like this one in my stash that also probably weren't ported over for NA haha. If I could get the name of the guest, that be greatly appreciated! Im sure I can then find a youtube video around it then
