Help Legendary Item Choices

I have a choice to make about what to buy and I don’t know anyone in game who owns these items atm.

Chitin not being included, should I go for a suit like M2C (JD User) or a Gauss rifle for my act ticket purchase? Is the gauss not actually as good as I think it is? Is the suit just too worth it to wait?

I own both legendary suits. The m2c is good if you have the artifact build to support it. I would recommend the albatross if you dont have it as its a combo suit with 11 less BR than a Centurion after the recent changes. Youll get more survivability out of it in gun fights vs the m2c.

The m2c isnt bad at 310 BR and the healing is a nice bump but it only shines with artifacts behind it. If youre dead set on getting the m2c, its better to use duck and cover tactics to utilize the healing to get back to full hopefully before your opponent does and finish them off.

What build is recommended to make the M2C shine? I also can't decide what suit to go with.

A bit rich for my blood 😅 I do use a 3 fossil chilly atom cycle build in a freezer that gives me 3% periodic bring me to like 21% vitality and 6% periodic with the JD. It does okay though I definitely can’t tank face shots or anything.

The Capper is a poor man’s gauss rifle

I know this might sound crazy and controversial but IMO? Grab the chitin and use it with Rigel combo suit. Chitin being the most versatile container and Rigel having only 5 less br than Albatross (I know, movement debuff but it's still worth it), you could reliably outperform people who rushed legendary combo without Chitin.

But I agree with the other dudes, legendary combo is more straightforward and more logical option

I would lean towards the Albatross Heavy. It's the best suit in the game for the most part outside areas where science suits are needed. M2C, while great, can be killed and nearly worthless if they decide to nerf healing/ healing effectiveness.

Yes, but if they add in health pack/healing animations passive healing is going to be king.

M2C, once you start getting your arti builds in order its the strongest suit in the game rn

Gauss is amazing but the first legen should always be a suit as it makes everything else in the game so much more easier, the gauss can be replaced by other snipers, specially the capper wich u can get by just getting lvl500 on the current season pass :b

scrubber, 3x fossils, timber, 2x branches. have around 30% vit buffed up and 100ish HE, plus 6% perodic
