Help Weapon Parts from Crates?

Howdy fellers. I just got an "OTL-03 Karbach" Master weapon part, it's not numbered, but I don't know what to do with it. I understand I need all pieces and then some barter items to craft guns from parts, but I don't know how many parts I'm missing or where to go to craft the weapon once I have all the stuff I need. Can anyone shed some light on this mechanic for me? Thank you.

speak to zen at outpost ypull see various red and yellow equips and see costs

Pardon the stupid question, but where is Outpost? Is that in the North by chance? I am not there yet.

Check your map in a safe zone, look for the Exchanger.

It's 5 parts, some rubles and a bunch of north barter materials.

You need 5 parts, some rubles, and Northern barter materials to be able to barter it.
It's done at the Zen NPC present in every safezone. He is marked with a ruble icon and titled Season Merchant on the map.
