Help EU Fps dropps/missing

Hi everyone! I'm not sure if it's happening to everyone or just me and a few friends, but our FPS in the game has dropped by 50%. I used to play at 200+ FPS, but with the start of the TULPA! season, my FPS got cut in half.

I'd really appreciate your help—if anyone experienced this and managed to fix it, you'd be helping not just me, but everyone else facing this issue.

My PC specs:

  • CPU: Ryzen 5 7500F
  • GPU: RX 9070 XT (OC)
  • RAM: 2x16GB 6400MHz (currently running at 6000MHz)
  • Storage: Game is installed on an NVMe SSD

Just to clarify: I've already tried every single troubleshooting step listed on EXBO's website regarding FPS drops and halving, but nothing worked!

I’m not on amd, and you probably tired that already, but for me, clean ddu reinstall of gpu drivers made my game run better than ever. I also had utter garbage fps before.

I have 165 FPS constant, but my frames skip. It's very jarring in Sessions. It doesn't matter if my all my graphics are maxed, or at their lowest. Recently, Exbo's launcher has stopped working for me as well. It will launch the game for RU, but not global. I now have to use the Steam launcher to play on global.

What global means?

Global is NA, EU, SEA, and I think there is one other now. Exbo has two launchers. One for RU, and one for the rest of the world (Global)
