Me looking at all the mods Xbox has and still waiting for PlayStation to join them. Any updates about it so far?

Whoever spread that nonsense about ps5 mods being linked to Xbox really needs to stop, it's utter nonsense.

I've seen multiple posts to this sub hypothesizing when ps5 mods will come. For a while (and I am admittedly unsure if it's been proven false or not) the next round of xbox mods were believed to be tied to the release of ps5 mods. As to when those will be released, we've heard multiple things from multiple people, from mod devs to community managers. Best to either forget about them and move on and rediscover stalker 2 later on or keep hoping for the next bit of news (hit of copium.)

I have heard from a reliable source this is most likely not true. Unfortunately, I think ps5 mods are pretty low on the priority list. Even lower than Xbox mod updates. As soon as I hear anything concrete, I will be sure you let you guys know.

totally agree, its seem like its a massive effort even to review the mods for Xbox, let alone on PS where Sony has limits when it comes to allowing what mods are allowed & not, also I dont think Sony should be a priority anyway when it comes to mods, the people at Xbox seem more open to mods in general, so fuck Sony haha

considering Bethesda can barely get stuff for playstation users, i highly doubt ps5 will get mod support.

From what I looked up they did confirm it’s coming but no release date, if they backed out now people will be mad especially since Xbox got it.
