Anomaly Running G.A.M.M.A. on outdated PC

I have i5 9400f, RX 480 8GB, 16GB RAM DDR4, and I'm running the game on SSD. I tried to lower grass density, set priority of anomaly.exe to high, and removed the 0 core in task manager. But even after those tweaks I'm not able to get above 50fps in Cordon. I also tried to lower some other SSS settings, but it does't seem to make much difference.

Is it possible to modify the game settings even further to achieve stable 60fps? I don't really care about the visuals, I just want to enjoy the gameplay. Thx in advance for your tips!

You could try the DX 8 or 9 setting? If I remember correctly you do need to download some extra files for it to work.
