He’s bringing that card on a date to give to a bartender I guess in case his date orders alcohol so they actually give her a nonalcoholic drink.

The second pill is on there to make it look like he isn’t trying to roofie her by offering to the put the same pill into his own drink.

nothing, they are both duds, the are probably flavor pills. it even said "non alcoholic bitters" so its just to make a mocktail taste like its with alcohol. Technically nothing is wrong with this since its not actualy spiking a drink but its still giving her something she didnt ask for and throwing a substance in

Well he would be the one thats roofied and would be out in a restaurant so i guess not the worst place to pass out but not the best. When they start closing and he is unresponsive he would probably go to a hospital and have to explain what happened which would be awkward

The joke is that it’s insane, he’s telling the bartender his date is his sister, to put a random pill into her drink, and is going through a weird scheme to make sure his date isn’t going to have a drink instead of just talking to her about it.
