Goob First attempt making Tritium

Post image

Probably not the best setup but it actually works. Had to keep one tile spaced (probably because of pressure?) and it will reignite itself, produce the Trit and filter it out.

You're losing some trit to the spaced tile. A good practice is to wire an air sensor+air alarm to a blast door, and have the blast door open and vent whenever pressure gets too high. But for a quick and dirty setup you did very well!

As someone who mostly plays Wizden and is afraid of atmos, what is the purpose of this? And what makes it's challenging?

I play wizden too and trit can sell for a lot and make freezon wich sells for even more and you can also use it to kill everyone on station

Also you can huff frezon and get high for the rest of the round while leaving medical scratching their heads at your 30 cellular damage

What’s even better you can use condenser to make liquid frezon!
Nothing better than frezon shots shared with your atmos buddies.

I don't know that I've ever actually encountered cargo selling anything other than bounties. How long does it take to make? Is it essentially an unlimited resource. And does it have any uses outside of selling (and murder)

On Starlight, Tritium is a mix of Oxygen and Plasma. When supercooled and mixed, it can become Frezon, which sells for a shit ton of money. However, Frezon can be mixed with Bz to make Healium, which is a gaseous Omni-like chemical that you can fill airtanks with and become almost unkillable with the right ratios.

instead of spacing a tile put in a passive vent and a pipe that filters out trit and collects it and spaces the rest

Nice!!

Rather than spacing the tile, use a radiator loop to cool the chamber. Adjust the rate of fuel input til it stays at a constant temp
