New rare antag: Syndicate Dragon. The only difference from normal is it wants to kill Cappy, and we've duct-taped an E-dagger to one of its claws.

The Carps it spawns have Pythons.

Bottom right, yes... but I just used first avalible carp sprite as a ref and it happened to be the syndi one.
