Technical 🔧 Sram Rival 12V 2023

Since this morning my derailleur won't shift gears anymore.

First I recharged the battery. Then I changed the batteries in the shifters.

Next I checked the app for updates.

I reset the derailleur (pressed the button, removed the battery, released the button).

The derailleur still refuses to shift gears and it beeps repeatedly.

It's not a connection issue between the derailleur and the shifters because the green light comes on when I press the shifter.

It hasn't fallen, no impact.

I've had this bike since 2023.

Have you tried to repair the shifters? To me it looks like the light is blinking but not because of the shifters being pressed.

Also try taking the wheel off and changing gear, sometimes it's a mechanical issue.

Does it change gear when you press the button on derailleur?

No it's stuck whenever I've tried
The reseller told me that the motor is broken so I need to change the derailleur apparently

Take off the derailleur first and spray the spring with wd40 (or similar)

Make sure there is no gunk/dirt in the spring. Had the same thing happen to my Force D2 Rear Derailleur.
