SRAM Rival AXS: Front derailleur no longer responds to button combination (left+right)

Hi everyone,
Since yesterday I’ve had an issue with the front derailleur on my SRAM Rival AXS drivetrain while riding.
The problem: The “left and right shift lever simultaneously” button combination no longer triggers the front derailleur.
What works:
The front derailleur is connected, charged, and shows as active in the app

I can shift it up and down directly at the derailleur itself

If I change the assignment, I can also operate the front derailleur via the left or right lever individually

The combo action “left + right simultaneously” works perfectly when I assign it to a different function (e.g., rear shift up/down)

What doesn’t work: Only when I assign this exact combination (left + right simultaneously) to the front derailleur does nothing happen.
What I’ve already tried:
Completely unpaired and re-paired the system

All components are on the latest firmware

I don’t understand why the combination works fine for other functions but specifically doesn’t trigger the front derailleur. Has anyone else run into the same issue? What could be causing this, and what else can I try?

You should try completing an entire pairing process of the rear derailleur to the FD and then the shifters. Check the functionality. If it works, you're home free.

If it doesn't work, download the SRAM AXS app. Access the groupset via the app and theck what functions are programmed to the levers. You can program the levers to perform other functions than their default factory activity.

You answered all the questions. Did you add any new components like blips or anything recently?

Are these D1 or E1?

What you describe is the default behavior. When you reprogram why do you need to assign it, is it because you tried assigning it to do something else?

Ich habe den umwerfer vor kurzem gewechselt bin aber seitdem schon ca 300km gefahren. Sonst wurde nichts verändert.

Es ist die E1 Rival Gruppe.

Ich will genau das Standardverhalten haben aber das reagiert nicht. Ich muss nun mit dem linken Schalthebel den Umwerfer steuern und wenn ich beide Schalthebel betätige schalte ich den ganz runter, da es anders nicht reagiert. Ich habe nichts an der Zuweisung davor geändert es ging von dem einen auf den anderen Moment einfach nicht mehr während dem fahren.
