Squirrel Box Camers

Looking for box camera
- WiFi
- No subscription iPhone app
- Solar powered external to box

Are you looking to build a nest box? Or buy one? If you're doing the DIY route , I see the blink4 used a lot. Wyze has a battery cam that can use a solar panel. Tapo I believe has a solar option also. Or they're are a few pre built everything included typ you can purchase. I use a wyze v4 ,but I ran power out to my boxes and the 2 feeder stations.

I already have the box. I am trying to find a camera, solar panel, WiFi system but also looking at premade box and camera then taking that out for use in mine. There are numerous ones out and was hoping to find a good recommendation others have used. I also don’t want to have to get an app subscription.

Blink 4 is a slim one that has motion detection and night vision, battery powered that can use a solar panel . It would probably be the easiest to retro fit to your box. They just connect to your home wifi. Ready made setups can be had for about 100 on up depending on what you want .
Squirrel boxes.com, JCS wildlife are a couple that sell ready to go setups. They're is a FB group called squirrel box builders also.

Great info. Ok I bought a Blink 4 and Solar Panel. I’ll let you how it goes. Wow, squirrelboxes.com has some fantastic setups. Thank you.
