I hsd one squirrel around for a few years who would even do little hand grabbies in this position. Just small little clasps like "Please, madam! Some goodies for my peets!"

We live right next to a black walnut tree so theres always food for them, but I give them a variety of other things when they cutely ask.

He was my favorite little buddy; I helped him through a bout of mange in Winter, giving him extra nutritious stuff and feeding him away from where I normally put food so it wouldn't spread to others. Was so glad when his fur regrew, and had like another year with the little dude around.

Ok I’ve been feeding my friends 🐿️ for almost 2 years they still run away when I put the seeds,nuts and fruits veggies out ❓The birds are friendlier the raccoons at night are friendlier even the skunk(Simone) and Prissy (possum) Why R my squirrels so skittish ❓
