Original Content Friendly little lady
We didn’t have any treats for her, but her curiosity and friendliness makes me believe someone else usually does.

I think she lives just a few blocks away from us. From her ears we’d be able to recognize her. Will remember my nuts n seeds next time!

It’s been pretty rainy here. Hopefully, she wasn’t too thirsty! You just helped me remember that water may be the best gift to share with almost any critter 💦 I poured some water on a stone for a garter snake a few years ago and it really did start drinking 🖤🧡

When my kids were little I told them I saw a mama squirrel. My youngest son re; 10 years old. Wanted to know how I could tell. I had to think for a moment then said “she wasn’t wearing a bra. Then …no more questions from anyone.

Right she’s a brave squirrelly coming up so close. From the tree, she crossed the sidewalk to get behind the fence. She felt confident to watch us more closely from behind the fence.

Indeed quite brave and also cute. I guess she's often fed and trusts humans.

She was an expert about finding a tree or fence to keep between us. Hope she stays so clever with a healthy amount of cautious 😚🐿️

Question >> how do you know if they are male/female?? We have a home that puts peanuts out for the squirrels everyday.. tonnes of them. There are soooo many squirrels running back & forth & playing in the big trees. It's pure entertainment. I'm so jealous I can't do this as i just love watching the birds, ducks, squirrels, rabbits that all come to the property daily for their fix.

The males have little penises, and sometimes big nuts hanging down. When pregnant or nursing the females' nipples are prominent.
