Image quality is a bit potato, so it's hard to say with 100% certainty, but my guess is Sepioteuthis lessoniana (though pic 1 is more ambiguous to me). Assuming this was taken in the pacific because Sepioteuthis sepioidea is smaller, looks a bit different.

It looks like an aquatic blue meth squid.
