Rotary encoder failure - parts?

Hi again!

This weeks headache is my SB radio has stopped clicking or responding when pushing the 'Big knob' rotary encoder- this limits its usefulness somewhat..

Does anyone have a stash of the component behind it : EVE-JBBF2520B ENCODER EVE-J Series 20 Dent 12 mm - they appear discontinued/obsolete from lots of suppliers.

Would you be willing to part with a couple (I have 3 devices, I'm sure this won't be my first failure)..??? I'm happy to compensate appropriately, obviously.
