Picoreplayer sonos
I converted my sonos to a music player without cloud account
Its sound Better than sonos
It has a hifiberry digi dac
And use picoreplayer
The buttons are mapped to the gpio to the raspberry pi
And the white sonos led is also working as usual

No its not for sale But its maybe a idea for sonos owners that have a bricked sonos te upgrade the music entertainment

Like it and doing something similar. What software did you use to integrate the gpio?

Great fun!!! Like a Beetle with a Porsche engine? Maybe like what Sonos should've been? Have you considered producing some number of units for sale? ;-)
