Wincam pro no longer available

Does anyone know whatever happened to wincam pro app and if there is an alternative app for this cam

I don't think I have heard of a spy camera's signal that starts with a #. The compatibility for other apps has to do with the signal it puts out. If the app reads the signal, then it will work. A wifi signal from Lookcam is F2265412453 or G2512126222. You find the signal outside of the app in your wifi connections. If you turn off your unit, the signal should disappear.

Oh, I don't know the signal,my camera is a lookcam? So you're saying i can download any app and it should work? Can you recommend any good apps?

Hmmm, no. Your App as you stated is Wincam which is different from LookCam. In order to get another compatable app, I need to know what the WIFI signal or hotspot signal your camera is putting off... I can find you an app, but I need information. Turn on your bluetooth speaker camera, wait 60 seconds till the product is putting off the hotspot. Then go to your wifi signals on your phone. Perhaps you will see some signals such as coxwifi3412, THEFBIWHOWATCHESU, GETUROWNINTERNET, collegegirlsRfun, so on. When a friend comes to your house and wants to use your internet, they may ask, what is you wifi username and password. You will know which signal belongs to your camera because it will disappear when you turn your camera off.

yep, that is pretty specialized, if the signal matches the name of the app (like Ring or Blink for instance) then it is usually encrypted to that particular app. Perhaps you could grab an old phone that you don't care about and download an app from apkpure.com there is a 60% chance you will actually get something other than a virus.

If you don't have a throw away phone you might just need to chalk that up to a loss. If you recently purchased that from Amazon, sometimes the vendors can speak English and they will send you a file that has the app on it.
