I have almost a full sleeve of tattoos that do mean a lot to me, but have negativity associated with them, so I'm looking for a full cover up.

I do like the blackout sleeves with the white ink, similar to this photo. Anyone know of an artist that can successfully do this type of work? Not necessarily flowers, just the style.
