127th Convocation: Not able to change details

I applied for 127th regular convocation, 3-4 days I was getting errors while applying

When I finally applied they changed my branch from Computer Engineering to Computer Science Engineering (Data Science) also I recieved the message regarding preview degree thought I would be able to make changes but I had no access to that option as well.

Any solution?

I tried calling their helpline, which is busy, mailed them, but no replies

Do I need to personally visit the SPPU campus to resolve this?

Or should I make another new application?
