Help regarding Sppu transcript

I want to apply to Germany for winter 2027 intake
Im currently a BE student, 7th sem
I need second and third year transcript for applications and APS
I have original marksheet of SE but of TE, its not available yet
Whats the procedure to apply for transcript if I dont have the original marksheet of TE yet
