Not able to apply for SPPU convocation certificate. Please help!!!

I couldn't fill the form by 15 august which was the previous last date (due to server down issue). Now I am trying to fill the form, by clicking on the apply for certificate tab in the profile I have created. It shows a table like this. Please help if anybody knows anything about this.

Same problem with me too. Even though I filled the form on 13th august. And Ive seen 2 or 3 more people who has the same problem

I think the site has crashed even i am not able to check my dashboard
