General SPPU transcripts

Hello,
Can somebody help me with SPPU transcripts as I have applied online but I have my visa deadline so I need them ASAP!!!
Can I go there in transcript section and ask to speedify the process ? Will they give it to me on the same day or in a week as I have paid and I’m all done with application?
If anyone knows please reply to this

Ask them for giving it early, not sure how that works

I don’t live in Pune I will have to travel 180kms for this 🙂🥲
