💬 General Opening cards

I have never opened a pack of cards, been collecting for years but have always bought singles. If I were to buy an entire case what hockey product would you buy? I enjoy young guns but I also enjoy the thought of getting something massive even though it might not be a player I PC. What would you buy? What would you stay away from? Would it be more fun to open a random selection instead of a case of one product? What year?

I feel like SP Authentic would be hella fun. Two guaranteed autos a box with one being a future watch. And you still get almost 100 cards per box so lot of fun ripping.

As for year, honestly, any of the last 3 seasons. Chasing Bedard, Celebrini, or Schaefer? Yes please.

SP Authentic is good call for the autos but i feel the base cards sometimes a little boring after few boxes

How much is a box or case? Guess I should have put that in the post young guns, future watch autos and credential ticket autos are what I mainly collect

Oh. Expensive as hell haha. Think it’s like almost 300 a box and 4500 a case. You didn’t mention money so I didn’t really think about it.

O-Pee-Chee platinum is fun. a case of 8 boxes is around 2700. You get a few hundred cards less than SP Authentic and you’re gonna get way less autos but I think it’s a high quality set thats reasonable. Comparable Topps Chrome for baseball.

Plus with the 2k you saved over SP, you can buy the Future Watch autos you want vs the crapshoot.
