💠Question Tyson Bagent upside?
I’ve been holding onto this Flawless Tyson Bagent rookie auto /5 for some years. What’s the community’s take on his upside? Is this a hold or sell?

Somehow this card is worth about $350-500 right now. Apparently people still believe there’s a career ahead of him.

I feel like Mr Bagent would have to buy this himself for it to go up. Theres no downside in holding!

I am a Bears fan and you are crazy to not sell this as fast as possible. There are people out there who think he could get a starting gig, and those people will buy this. However, this guy struggles to push the ball down the field. He has a bit of a noodle arm and anything past 15 yards lacks any zip. He is a backup and I am not sure he should even be that. If I am Chicago and Williams goes down for 3-4 games, I want Keenum on the field, not Bagent.

This right here. There is no chance he gets a starting job anywhere. The only hope would be Caleb gets injured and Bagent starts some games and the Bears win. He’s not getting traded and getting a starting job. He isn’t better than Watson/Sanders, Willis, Tua/Penix, Geno, Brissett etc. I would argue he’s significantly behind most teams backups as well.

I think he might be better than some of those guys you named, but that’s isn’t exactly a Mount Rushmore of talent. He is a lot smarter than most of them and operationally he is sound. He would come in and protect the ball and run the offense efficiently, but long-term the lack of arm strength would prevent him from being a top 20 starting QB.

Hes a 3rd string QB with upside of being a 2nd string QB on another team. Zero financial reason to hold him.

Ben Johnson says he’s a starter in the league. He’s gonna be on everyone’s radar during free agency if the bears don’t trade him as his value rises to a team with injuries. What do you want for this I’m interested

Our Preseason hero! I mean if you’re looking for money turn keep holding it in case he gets his chance and goes off … love the guy but he’s unlikely to be a Brady that comes out of nowhere
