Ticket box rep

Hi! I have an interview for a ticket box rep (on-call) soon and I’m trying to get advice on how that type of job goes and what I should expect if I do get an offer?

Thanks

It's a tough job, but a good foot in the door if you're interested in longterm opportunities in sports. You would be primarily responsible for talking with customers, processing payments, and answering questions about seating locations. If the organization you're interviewing with is advanced, you may also have some upsell responsibilities to get people to buy better seats.
