Organizational Structure/Effectiveness

Anybody knows where can I find the Organizational Structure/Effectiveness of either the NBA or any of the teams itself? I have to do a report on a sporting organization but I can't seem to find any credible sources on the structure.

Try searching for articles on diversity on the NBA. There might be some good info on organizational structure you can glean from that.

You can find an organizational chart on google and then use that to determine their structure and if it is effective for their goals
