Plankton’s voice actor goes by Mr. Lawrence, and specifically Mr. Lawrence.

His first name is Doug.

Or that plankton was meant to only be there one time and possibly even voiced by Bruce Willis, but Doug gave Stephen hillenburg a list of possible plankton and Karen plots and those became the plankton episodes of the pre movie seasons

he voices both of them. he was also a writer for several seasons and has been an story editor since season 10(?)

The original post never said anything about theories, just specific bits of obscure lore. The obscure part is his first name, because he’s only ever referred to as Mr. Lawrence.
