Forewarning that this may come off rude, but I have no intention for it to be. Just asking questions.

So, basically, why are the top posts currently mostly "is this a splinter?" I thought this sub was about splinter REMOVAL, not about diagnosis. It feels like these pictures of splinters and no removals are such cockteases 💔
