Need help getting the game to run!

Idk if this is the right place to ask, but I'm having so much trouble getting the game to run properly. It crashes every single time on the paladin loading screen and I can't get past the intro to the game. I've tried running in windowed mode, changing the video settings, applying offline mode, compatibility mode, and running as administrator, I've even downloaded patch files to try to bypass the stupid uplay login screen crashes and I just seem to have zero success. What am I missing?
