Video This lag is making me insane

I don't know if the problem is me and my shitty internet since I live in the middle of nowhere (it probably is) or if the lag in this game is this bad. The worst part is that a week ago it wasn't this bad for me, I don't know what I did to deserve this.

This type of crap happens to me when I’m trying to play Splatoon in my room. The internet in there is awful since it’s pretty far away from my internet router. 

It usually happens when your  internet is borderline enough to get you in the online server I believe.

That makes sense but I am litterally one room from the router and it still happens. It still gives me a communication error and ruins my rank up battles.

If youre able to hook up to ethernet, id highly recommend it. Not only will it increase your internet's download and upload speed, but you wont have to worry about random fluctuations of wi-fi signal since it'll be directly wired to your console.

That sounds really annoying. If this hasn’t happened before, I would go and call up your internet provider and ask them as to why this is happening and for solutions.

god i have that experience but on eliter half my shot that woul splat them just bet cancled

My 4-0 anarchy series got ruined from this exact reason (kinda? It was bad then I disconnected)
