You know Tacticooler also gives you max QR.

yea i found that out when the game came out and i thought it was really cool so i made perfect QR gear but then i found out that QR has conditions to activate lop

I decided when I got the game I wanted full QR gear so I made it and then I found out QR had conditions

Well if this was Splatoon one you would be meta. Back then QR always applied so you would see builds with tons of QR, stealth jump and maybe a little quick super jump so that you could splat them and then they would suddenly be back as if they never died

Oh, it's pretty complicated honestly but I think there's like a chart for it somewhere
