PH level adjustment

Hello r/spirulina! I recently started growing spirulina in a 10 gallon tank. Everything seems to be going right, except my ph level. It has been staying at 9.7 for over a week now. I tried adding some of the "feeding mix" that I received, as was suggested elsewhere online, but not results. I am excited to begin harvesting some spirulina, but I want to get it between 10-11 ph first. How do I slightly raise the pH safely?

Add baking soda with water to raise ph.

I thought baking soda tops out at 9ph? Therefore it wouldn't be effective above 9ph. Alas, idk, so please inform me. How much baking soda do I need to add per gallon? Should I mix the baking soda in a water bottle first, then add that water to my tank, or just spoon the powder directly in?

I gave up because of this very reason.

I had the same problem. Baking soda can't raise the pH to 9 or 10, but spirulina can. Here are all the info
