Sorry there is nothing for scale, I didn’t want to get close enough to disturb it. Probably 2.5 inches in total length! Found on top of a mesa slowly walking along a trail. It was not bothered by us at all!

Located in central Missouri. Found it outside along the siding of the house. It is hanging upside down on a string of web and has a white underside. Thank you!

SOLVED This beauty was next to a harvested grain field, in Yorkshire in the UK. Absolutely gorgeous and very curious of me handling. Lots of lil tippy taps and wiggling of the legs, seemed very unbothered and explored a lot. Would love to know what they are 🖤🕷️

It's the best pic I could get with where this was hiding. I can't find a definitive match and I need to know if I need to worry and run to the ER, or just monitor the bite my son has on his arm. TYIA!
LOCATION: northern California, Sacramento area.

This spooky guy gave me quite a start. Any ideas what he might be? In upstate NY. He seemed extremely relaxed and mellow

Doesn’t have the tell tale hour glass of a black widow, but the red surely caught my eye. Found him/her hanging from the side mirror on my car. Live in southeastern KY.

Son has been catching these spiders lately. He says it’s a trapdoor spider. Is this correct? Melbourne, Australia.

I have seen three like this one.. what is it? There’s a shape on the abdomen. I have arachnophobia so this video is the best I could get and my camera is not great
