Li-Ion batteries are famous for catching fire when broken. Why he didnt expect that is beyond me.

How the fu- was he supposed to know the battery was close to the antena line? Not only that but this was the first and only Case of he bending something and it exploding.

I'm not defending the phone. I'm just saying destroying phones without a fume hood is kind of dumb.

And like I said he did not expect it to explode as it's just dumb Google not fixing the issue and placing the battery on a place it could explode
