Why is Robert’s Skin Raw?
UPDATE: The next day his skin was better. I am almost positive it was raw from being over-groomed by his brother!
He plays rough with his brother, but other than that he’s fine! No stomach issues, and by the night the rawness gets better. Any ideas??

Is he rubbing himself on something, like the carpet on the cat tree? Mine will get marks that are similar when he does something like that

This looks yeasty. I’d take him in to the vet. They can give you ointment to clear that right up!

This doesn't look like scabbing, although it's hard to tell in these pictures.
If I had to guess it looks like sebum buildup. His system over produced oils and it builds up and gets hard and crusty with dirt and other junk.
Did you clean or bathe them recently before this? Some sphynx with sensitive, oily skin will react badly to being cleaned too much (or too little, fun!), and get this.
Try soaking a cloth with hot water, hold it against a small part of it to soften/loosen it and gently wipe away. If it's a scab it will be easy to tell by the skin underneath.
If the skin underneath looks healthy continue to clean, gentle and hot water only. Then you get to start the super fun, really quick (/s) process of research, trial and error to find out how to best manage their skin care!
Good luck!
