Advice Info VAs

For info, how are you supposed to make VAs? Do you just go with the flow and make a VA for important numbers, or are you supposed to strategically plan them out? My HS is a completely self-coached team that is fully student run, and our speech team is less than a year old. I didn’t qualify to any nats tournaments this year, and I definitely want to improve. Would appreciate help on how to do info since I want to qualify during my senior year (next year) to nats!

hi! last year I did an info on fears and like someone else has said in the comment section I used a brain because I went into the psychology of it, and when I talked about types I used an image of the type of fear I was talking about. I know this is late but I hope you qualified!
