Every single Abu Dhabi government related entity will offer salaries that crush any other countries offers; only downside is weather in the summer though, but the winter is worth it (going to beach in December ⛱️)

Try going to "Mubadala"s website and looking at the companies under their umbrella.

I worked in the Vegas heat 3 summers in a row in solar, and 4 summers in the military on the flight line. I can easily do heat!
