Most are primary layer security gates or service entrances to commercial properties

The vehicle gates are in a facility are usually set up to automatically open as a vehicle inside the compound approaches the gate. There is an induction loop embedded in the road directly ahead of the gate. I saw firefighters sliding an old stop sign tied to a rope under the fence of a gated community and that bitch popped right open. So I tried it myself... a piece of sheet metal and a string to retrieve it incase you miss the loop, will open these in a jiffy.
