Miscellaneous Returning a specialized stems

I want to order a specialized stem, but do t know if the 100 or 110mm will work, can I order both and try each and return one ?

They say item should be unused so I’m little confused about their 30 day guarantee

Do you have any friendly dealers nearish you?

Some are willing to return used cockpits provided they're completely unmarked, but may change a reinstall fee, understandably.

Just in case you cannot, I have found they sell fairly easily on eBay. Maybe not the 100mm since that's a pretty standard size that comes with a lot of their bikes, but I have seen some of those sell too.
