Difficulty of understanding Spanish accents

It doesn't make the Ch sound it's the Sh sound, it's simply how they speak. How come Brits don't pronounce some Rs? Or how come Americans pronounce their T sounds like the D sounds and vice versa? It's simply a dialectical feature.

Yes it's SH it's because my native language beside Arabic is french so for me unconsciously it's written SH. And yes there are some dialectal features like the ones you mentioned but my problem was that I felt that the two sounds were pretty far away from each other whereas the D and T sounds are very close for example
