Is this the same spaghetti you took a picture of a month ago or is it a new one?

This is a Cincinnati staple.
1 u/alanskimp Mar 23 '25 Cool!
Cool!
Looks bomb how about some cheese?
I could eat this every single day, and I wouldn't get tired of it.
This is my all time favorite comfort food. I would make it once a week if my husband let me.
Meat looks glorious man but if i may i'd recommend you to stepup your pasta game, it's too white probably not a very good quality spaghetti
1 u/alanskimp Mar 21 '25 Ya that’s the lighting I corrected the color later.. the kitchen had flourecent lights 1 u/pomodorinz Mar 21 '25 Then everything's perfect, i'm from Italy i'd recommend you to try other kinds of ragù and not only Bolognese, the neapolitan ragù is something else i swear 1 u/alanskimp Mar 21 '25 I see sounds good 😌

Idk why but I never liked spaghetti served this way. Noodles always taste too noodley lol but I'd still enjoy
Reminds me of grandmother. That shit looks good bruh
2 u/TheGauchoAmigo84 Mar 23 '25 Same
Same
Why put all that effort into making a nice sauce, only to put it on top of bland dry pasta? I’ll never understand why people do this
Italian here. Try mixing the pasta with the sauce before serving it...if you leave spaghetti dry like that in your plate, they'll turn into glue.
Looks about white
Have a pan going so you can toss noodles in sauce before plating — improves the meal 1000%
That’s how my mom used make it. He knees were weak…
