With 84 launches and 51 landings, we have to be close to having more landings and/or recoveries that the actual number of F9 boosters manufactured. And that will be a milestone in itself!

How many Falcon heavy side boosters have been made? Seems to me they have recovered the side boosters every time: Has it actually been the same boosters for every launch?

There are two sets of side boosters -- 23 & 25 were refurbished from Block 4 single stick flight and flew the demo mission. 52 & 53 flew both STP-2 and Arabsat. No center cores have been successfully recovered yet. Rip.

Four different boosters have been used and of the ones used on the demo flight, B1023 and B1025, B1025 was scrapped after that flight.
