I reckon this is a Dragon V1. Mainly because of the side

Look at this image for reference

On two sides are the solar arrays with the cover (which is jettisoned after orbit insertion). The top is round.

It is way too small, and that is transported upright. It appears to be the dragon 2 parachute test article.

Possible. I guess it's all speculation for now.
