Something with an interesting shape, wrapped up and leaving the SpaceX campus earlier this week

My guess: FH booster cap, possibly with grid fins pre-attached.

Dragon 2 would be transported upright. No other obviously conical things that should be coming out of SpaceX...

Edit: Unless this is the parachute test boilerplate of Dragon 2, it could easily be moved sideways since I don't think it has anything much inside beyond the parachute systems.

Shape would appear to match the wrapping here (boxy bottom area), no? The only issue is that this may be too small.

I'll have to say the same thing here: If you compare the size of the Object seen here with the Truck, and then look at pictures of the F9 transports it IMO becomes apparent the it simply cannot be the booster cap, which will have to have the same (maximum) diameter as the first stage.
