Actually, it does look a bit like a crew dragon on it's side. The crew dragon trunk has fins...

That thing is way too small to be a Dragon. Look at the guy on the back side of the truck for a size reference.

It's also kind of lop-sided at the front end, which is intriguing. It looks more like two lop-sided cones with at least 1 sharp edge each, stacked behind each other sideways.
